Bartenders Association Internationale was founded in 2001 to provide benefits and training to a largely underserved segment of the workforce. 

Bartenders, Wine Professionals and other hospitality service workers generally do not have health coverage, legal benefits nor access to high quality, cost effective training.  Without these core benefits it is difficult if not impossible for advancement.

Beginning in 2004, BAI began providing online training and certification programs to make it even easier to get certified and advance in your chosen career.

After much negotiation with plan providers BAI has put together a useful and money saving program for both healthcare and legal services.
